Gallery stops working after 60 minutes

I recently got back into sims. this is a fresh install through Steam. I have a very beefy pc.

I am currently replacing alot of lots in the game with gallery ones. I have been doing this for 4-5 days now.

Steam has a playtime tracker in it's overlay. I noticed that at exactly 60 minutes of having the application open (main menu, manage worlds, live mode, build mode doesnt matter), the gallery stops working. I can see my library but any searches will load for 30 seconds to 1 minute and show "No results found" on any filters, any searches. I have to fully restart the game. and its not tied to actual in-game time either. I can open the game and be in the main menu for 60 minutes then load into my save and the gallery does not work.

At 59 minutes playtime, gallery works fine. 60 minutes? shuts off. I've repeated this issue several times. Every single time i open the game actually, without fail! Everything else works in the game, its isolated to the gallery. What can possibly make the gallery stop working at exactly 60 minutes playtime?

I guess the gallery is timing out at 60 minutes and losing connection to the servers. I attached 2 images, both after 60 minutes of gameplay. One trying to favorite a gallery listing, one doing a broad search that usually nets alot of results <60 minutes.
