[GALLERY] Uploaded items disappearing and showing up inconsistently

Everything I uploaded since July of 2022 is gone from my profile and things I deleted  are back, same glitch? 

Same problem in my library.

The Same lost almost all my base game build

Dozens of households, lots, and rooms, that I have uploaded to the Gallery over past ten years, have disappeared from my Catalog after the newest update, this is devastating.

I had 14 rooms deleted off my profile they are still in my library I have tried to reupload the rooms to the gallery it says they are uploaded up when I check my profile they are not there the library says they have been uploaded the notification says they have been uploaded and when I exit the game and come back they have no notification saying they have been uploaded 

I have a similar problem. I have everything on my library, but it looks as if I didn't upload a single thing, and I'm really confused. I don't know what's going on right now. ಠ⁠︵⁠ಠ

We're currently investigating into this issue, in the meantime try filtering your Gallery on the side from 'Show All' to 'Base Game Only' and you should see all your content again. 

Yes, I just downloaded the update an hour ago and when I uploaded my lot to my library it just wasn't showing. My previous builds show on my library, except for my latest lot. And, when I click on view profile, it says “no results”. I checked my tray files and all my lots are still in the tray files folder, including my latest build. 

in the gallery it says that I don't have those packs 

while I already have them in my possession

Filtering Base Game Only didn't fix the issue for me, especially as some of the content missing are not Base Game Only content 😭 Additionally, I now am entirely unable to connect to the Gallery altogether. Restarts, cache clears, and a repair did not help.
