After the 16.04.26 patch, some items I have uploaded to the Gallery are currently not showing up for me, but some are showing up for friends when they check my Gallery. Some items are not showing up ...

We're currently investigating into this issue, in the meantime try filtering your Gallery on the side from 'Show All' to 'Base Game Only' and you should see all your content again.
Filtering Base Game Only didn't fix the issue for me, especially as some of the content missing are not Base Game Only content 😭 Additionally, I now am entirely unable to connect to the Gallery altogether. Restarts, cache clears, and a repair did not help.
Same! I tried doing all those and did not work at all. I might try uninstalling the game and re-installing to see if that works..
