Game crashes when Traveling PS4

Hello, I have been having a crashing issue on the PS4, when traveling. This happens at random, and occurs when traveling from household lot or back to household lot. I've tried every suggestion I could find with no luck.

PS4, no mods/cc, all expansions, both game and system updated. Happens on WiFi or off line
