While my Sims were on vacation, I found I couldn't edit the active lot. Since a room from the Gallery was missing a door, I decided to end the vacation early.
Instead of sending each Sim home individually, I tried ending it by clicking on the lot in map view and selecting "End Vacation". The first click had no response; however, clicking it a second time caused the game to crash to desktop. I repeated the process twice with the same outcome. To rule out mod-related issues, I removed all my mods and CC and tried a third time, but unfortunately, the game still crashed.
Sainfoin While it shouldn't crash when you do that, did it crash when you tried to use the sim phone or a computer to end the vacation early?
Btw, by design, build mode for vacation rental lots is locked while you have sims there on vacation. However, if you use the bb.enablefreebuild cheat, you can edit those lots with sims on the lot.Hope this helps.
