Game crashing when I open inventory

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I've reset my Xbox, I've reset my internet, every single time I go into build mode and open my inventory my game crashes i can barely open my Sims inventory without my game glitching and it just loading forever. it's not just on one save file either. And one of my Sims is just permanently scared, and the moodlet just keeps popping back up without any "fears" the game is literally so buggy. i'm getting phone calls on infants and toddlers one of my sims met a guy on "cupids corner" I had edited him to a completely new looking sim and every single time I fast traveled, he would go back to his original state i would have to go into create a sim and it would fix itself, but I couldn't fast travel with him or on other Sims, in other families, because it would glitch him back the game is genuinely unplayable. it's crashing every 15 minutes, and when I can actually play the game, everything is glitching out so much I don't even want to and that's just the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
