game doesn't load at all [PS5]

Hi! I've looked everywhere but couldn't find an answer.

I'm playing on PS5 - so, obviously, no cc and no mods. My game simply won't open. I've done all the troubleshooting steps (restarted console, checked for updates - there's none, reinstalled the game twice & restored licences, and even tried to open the game on an entirely empty account with no saves) and still cannot get the game to open. It gets stuck on one particular section of the loading screen into the MAIN MENU (not even any saves itself) and never goes further.
