Game failed to launch error - NOTHING is working

My Sims 4 has been refusing to launch ever since the update on the 17th and the patch on the 18th. I have updated all my mods, used Mod Manager to double check and also delete double files of cc and any ID conflicts. I found using the 50/50 method that my folder for eye related CC (lashes, eye colors, eyebrows) was the issue once removed. So I went deeper, and the game launched with the eye cc folder inside with a certain cc removed. It freezes up however and I cannot exit until I fully shut down my computer. I try again, this time removing different pieces to figure out what exactly in the eye cc folder is causing the issue; I get the game failed to launch error continously. Heres the kicker, when I remove the entire eye cc folder again (back to the state it launched in previously) IT WILL NOT LAUNCH. I am so confused.

I have tried repairing the sims 4 and restarting the ea app multiple times. I have tried a clean sims 4 folder twice now. I changed my graphics to high in my settings, performed a clean boot on my computer, disabled and reenabled EA background services, run as admin, try -dx9, as well as do all that and try the 50/50 method again and the same thing happened. I am at a loss! Please help.

PS. If it is important I am on a Windows 11 and have gshade installed. And when my game DOES launch (without mods) the screen will flash bright white, black, then white again before the loading screen appears.
