Game failed to load, getting Error Code 123:35e4f805:f2e2fcc8

I'm getting an error code related to one specific lot (that I have built on) in my game. I built on the Kiyomatsu Point lot in Mt. Komorebi (from Snowy Escape) and now I'm constantly getting this error code 123:35e4f805:f2e2fcc8 when I try to visit it with a sim. I took out my CC and started a completely new save but still have the same issue with the lot. It's fine when I just go and build on it, but when I visit with my sim, most of the time I get the error code while loading into the lot (a few times I've managed to load in without the error code).

The problem started when the lot was a small business lot (from Businesses & Hobbies) and I changed it to a spa lot to see if it changes anything. I managed to load in to the spa lot once but all the other times I got the error code again. After getting the error code on the spa and being back on the map, for some reason the spa lot on the map suddenly also said that the lot was "incomplete" (as in not fulfilling all the spa requirements). Took the sim home and went to the spa lot in build mode to see if it was incomplete. It was not (and it was not saying it anymore). I have no idea what's going on. I took a long time to build on that lot and now when I would actually want to play in it, it won't let me..

alpacainspace  Do you get a lastexception when this happens?  It would be best to delete any you already have; they'd be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.  Then trigger the error again and look for a new lastexception.  If you find one, open the file, delete the first line of text, and attach it to a reply here.  Or you can copy the entire text and paste it into a reply.

Please test with your Mods folder removed.

I started receiving this error code as well yesterday. only on one specific lot. The Quarry Building community lot in Evergreen Harbor. All other community lots can be traveled to without issue and I have travelled to this lot before, but yesterday it started giving me an error code.

I don’t have mods and have never used them on this save.

I just experienced the same, but in a different location (San Myshuno, where the art gallery is located) with a different lot type.

When I changed the lot type to "General" loading worked, but the fabricators were missing.

Is it possible, that this is an issue with the fabricator object, did you maybe also place fabricators on your lots?

simudia did you make a maker space there or just had the fabricator ?

alpacainspace I merged this with the main thread. Do you have any fabricators or other ECO items on the lots that don't load ? The LE is def looking the same.

It happened to me in new save with the community garden, no fabricator, so I don't think it is tied to the object. But who knows.

crinrict huh, didn't think this was connected to Eco! I went to check and I don't have any fabricators or any other interactable items from ECO, only a handful of decor items from that pack.

Maybe it''s not but most reports point towards those.

The LE suggests a connection to celebrities and fans.

I have this exact thing happening to me right now on a community space I built, it had all the eco lifestyle stuff dumpsters, fabricators, juice fizzers. Etc. and I also cannot visit it and it says incomplete when it’s not and I removed my mods folder prior to the recent update and haven’t installed any mods.
edit: upon changing the lot type from community center to generic it works and I don’t get the error

Have similar issue as lliygr104. When placing a residential lot on Kiyomatsu Point in Mt Komorebi(Snowy Escape). I get the above mentioned error in lilygr104 post(error code 123:35e4f805:2671b6ce). I have tried the following:

    • Moving sims out of residential lot and back again.
    • Changing lot type to generic type.
    • Loading another friend of the family and inviting sim from bugged lot to friend's lot. And switching back to bugged lot.
    •  Repair the game.

These above mentioned solutions found online for error 123. Does not fix the issue. Step 3 "Loading another friend of the family and inviting sim from bugged lot to friend's lot". And switching back to bugged lot. Works for a short time until my sim travels back from acting gig or exiting create a sim under Simology. This is most frustrating issue thus far.

I'm getting an error on this lot too! I built my main household's home there, so it's residential. I wonder if it's linked to certain lots in specific? I tried changing the lot type to haunted house and had the same issue with the error coming back up after saving.

Im having the same issue but with the 2 4 2 Wakabamori rental lot. I sent my sims on vacation but each time I want to load into the lot I get that same message. I don't have ECO in my game.

I'm getting exactly the same error for the same lot except mine is residential with none of the fabricators or any other object that anyone else has mentioned. I'm beginning to think it is just the lot that is bugged among a few others.

i'm having this issue in mt komorebi too! on two 20x15 lots. i was wondering it was from using CC, but my lots in other worlds with cc are completely fine, so maybe it's a lot or snowy escape issue D: sooo annoying, i hope they fix it!

I'm having the exact same issue. After reading this thread and doing some troubleshooting, there's definitely an issue with the Community Space lot type. Like several people on this thread, it was only happening to me when I tried to send a sim to my Community Space lot, specifically the Maker Space. I did have some cc on the lot, but when I removed all of it the issue was still occurring, and the cc is totally functional on other lots.  Maybe not a Community Space-specific issue for everyone, but the majority of reports are definitely pointing to that. The only solution I've found so far is to switch the lot type. I switched mine to Park and it's working totally normal now. But still hugely frustrating to not be able to use the Community Space.

Hi, I’m having the same issue in Evergreen Harbor. All of my community lots (like the Maker Space and others) can’t be visited anymore since the last update. The game starts loading, but then it stops and goes back to the world map with the error code 123:35e4f805:f2e2fcc8.

I’ve already tried repairing the game, deleting cache files, and replacing the lots, but nothing helped. It happens exactly as described in this thread.
