Game initialization on every launch

Every time I launch the game, I have to accept the EA license agreement, adjust the screen size. All the scenarios are given the red dot the be highlighted again, and my unowned kits are signaled as well. The alert about the SDX makes me aware of its existence and Emily triggers even though I have guidance off. Before disabling  delivery quests, they would be triggered on launch as well. It’s like the game thinks it’s my first time launching it ever every time I close and relaunch the game. I am on PS5 and this began on the June 17, 2025 patch, and was not resolved on the July 1, 2025 patch. I own all packs and expansions. I also own all build and buy, game play, and a few CAS kits. No mods or CC as it is console. I am fully up to date on patches.
