Game is crashing after most recent update

Same thing here (Xbox One) I don’t have to be traveling or anything, simply playing the game at my household and BAM , back to my Xbox screen. Please fix this 😭 

I am experiencing the same issues on my Xbox One, only after the most recent patch. The game crashes whenever I attempt to play at 3x speed, complete a task in the current milestone in aspiration, or try to leave the lot or save my game. It's making the game totally unplayable, and it's so frustrating, I'm worried that if I keep pushing it, I will end up corrupting my files. 

I’ve had the exact same problem ever since the update, my game will be running fine in my own lot, haven’t loaded anything up and then it just goes to black and boots me to the Xbox Home Screen. I’ve tried everything to fix it I’ve unistalled then reinstalled everything but it’s still happening. So frustrating!

i have been experiencing the same thing! After the last crash, when i pull the game back up, ALL of my saved games are gone! My legacy families and new family Ive put so much work and time into ate all gone 😩. Please fix this 

I have experienced the same on Xbox one since the new update. I’ll play then bam right back to Home Screen. I have found I get longer play time if I save it as a new file and load in with that one off of the old one but it still will crash. I just save more and then get off after a few times of loading over and over. 

Omg this is happening to me too! I thought it was my Xbox messing up. But it’s just with the sims that it happens. 

I'm playing on PS4 and have also been having this issues, it use to not happen at all, but after this recent update my game has been crashing twice a day. 

Also happening to me after the latest update. It’s inconsistent when it happens but I noticed it more often with specific households (I play rotationally so I have a handful) and only when I’m building from live mode, but not if I build from Managed Worlds. 

once I get out of build move, I can play for a bit but then it’ll crash after 5-10 minutes. Me and my husband play at different times, same save. It seems to crash more for him but he also plays in triple speed. Also inconsistent on what households it happens with for him, and building from live mode also will trigger it.

Same and also play on Playstation. I've restarted the the game and console so many times in the past 2 hours I lost count. Gave up so I guess I won't be playing the sims today.

same here, but mine only crashes when im in cas or build mode.

This keels happening on my Xbox One. I specifically keep getting the "Hold on while we adjust your Sims 4 Graphic Settings" and then it crashes. like why

My game keeps crashing since the update as well. I haven't been able to play in a week. I lost my legacy family as well. I'm just about done with the sims 4. My game was flawless until all these updates, now it's always something. 

Same, my game is crashing and I play on PS4. It usually crashes when I place a building down. It was fine before the update.

I have been having this issue as well. I play on PC and since the last update I've had more crashes than I've ever had before. It seems to crash most often when I try saving, but I've also noticed it will crash when my sims travel or sometimes when they get promoted (that last one might've also been because two of them were promoted at once). This is very frustrating for me because up until now, my game would very rarely crash and I would go weeks between crashes. Now I'm getting several crashes in a row in the space of ten minutes.

Please fix this! I've been looking forward to playing with fairy sims for weeks; it's so disappointing that I might have to wait maybe weeks more before I can truly enjoy this pack :'(
