Game isn’t loading at all!

Hey! So for the last three days my game has not been able to let me play it. It loads up fine but when I am at the main screen and click on resume it loads but then stops at about 80% and doesn’t load anymore. Last night I wanted to see how long it would still “load” and I had to log off after waiting for 2 hours. I even uninstalled the game thinking that would work. When I installed the game again the same thing is happening. I just want to play my favorite game and for days now I can load in. (Playing on Xbox)

Mine was doing the exact same thing except mines go only to around 30-40%. Honestly it's been months since I played it on my actual Xbox. My work around has been playing Sims on cloud gaming through my iPad but even that is experiencing the pack issue other people have going on.
