Sims4 is opening and loading fine, but when I go to play it makes me create a new family every time and then when I get to choose a lot it loads into the new lot then kicks me out and says that the game failed to load and tells me to relaunch the game but when I relaunch it it just happens again. also when I am in CAS and creating a sim it wont let me choose my traits. there is just a space and then the dice to randomize the traits, but if randomize the traits I still cant see any traits that where chosen. i have updated my mods, nothing changed.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
