First I couldn't click on anything once I opened the child's simology panel, I couldn't scroll down on it which was the first thing I noticed was broken, then I couldn't open her inventory, switch to build mode of even save the game. After a restart the same thing happened so I restarted again and didn't go near her simology panel. However, I then was unable to get an adult sim to cook a cake, no options came up after clicking 'cook'. I tried to leave the world and go back in but it didn't work, and then the screen went black although the time was still ticking on. Please fix this ASAP as it's not playable! I have never played with mods or CC.

Me too! Except it was my Teens (don't have a Child sim in my household) I assumed the Simology panel issue was due to the Character values as the ones I could see didn't have real names
Having the exact same issue, seems to be only with one household. I’m trying to narrow it down and see if it’s one sim who is a teen vampire. I have no mods and never have
I've just had a second update hit the EA app, hopefully this is to fix it 🤞
Can confirm, it’s only with the one sim. As soon as i click on her the game freezes for a minute and then her simology pannel is broken and i can’t open any other panels including the menu. It also then breaks the panels for other sims. Inviting her to another household and adding to family doesn’t fix this

Mine's broken to. And when I first hit the Simology panel, nothing really works anymore, and I can't even save the game..
The second update today did'nt fix the problem.. 😓Same issue here. The kid's character value flashed (I'm on my way to flag that) and then everything went sour. I did try hotkey saving, but it didn't seem to work and I even had to crash out of my game.
And yes, this is after the second patch.
