First I couldn't click on anything once I opened the child's simology panel, I couldn't scroll down on it which was the first thing I noticed was broken, then I couldn't open her inventory, switch to build mode of even save the game. After a restart the same thing happened so I restarted again and didn't go near her simology panel. However, I then was unable to get an adult sim to cook a cake, no options came up after clicking 'cook'. I tried to leave the world and go back in but it didn't work, and then the screen went black although the time was still ticking on. Please fix this ASAP as it's not playable! I have never played with mods or CC.

I think EA or Sims Creator might be doing this on purpose so we don't use Mods or CC lmao
I just got "error code 0" when saving on Xbox. I have to reset my Xbox every single time I want to play and now it's corrupting my files. This is totally unacceptable! I want my money back 😡
Since the latest update July 2024 the game is not working correctly. Can't open options menu to even exit the game, panels are not working and build mode just freezes the game completely. What is going on?

I´ve got the same bug! Everytime I open simology the game stops working, and I have to restart my PC to exit the game
Same! Mine keeps crashing. I removed all my mods; I repaired the game; I restarted my computer. WTF? I'm so mad. I have spent SO much money on this game and now I can't play it until they fix it? Great, great. Cool, cool.
I’m playing on the ps5 and ever since the recent update I’ll go to click on like simology or needs and it wont pop up but my cursor disappears and i can’t click anything or save even. Obv no cc or anything since its console. Hope they fix the issue soon.

I’m on console and the game is progressively getting worse. My game went from crashing once a day to now it crashes every loading screen. The gallery is buggy, the sims stopped responding to commands for a good 10 minutes and now to top it all off I can’t even load into the game without the loading screen freezing
i have a sims world with 4 played households, and i don’t want to just start a new world. i load into the game, make a few interactions, i try to cook, and then the game just bugs. i can’t pull up the cheat bar to reset sims, i can’t pull up the save menu, my cursor disappears, and i can’t go to manage worlds, when i click manage world the screen just goes black and i’m forced to close the application. i along with help from EA chat support have tried troubleshooting this issue, and nothing seems to work. this all started with the new update.
