First I couldn't click on anything once I opened the child's simology panel, I couldn't scroll down on it which was the first thing I noticed was broken, then I couldn't open her inventory, switch to build mode of even save the game. After a restart the same thing happened so I restarted again and didn't go near her simology panel. However, I then was unable to get an adult sim to cook a cake, no options came up after clicking 'cook'. I tried to leave the world and go back in but it didn't work, and then the screen went black although the time was still ticking on. Please fix this ASAP as it's not playable! I have never played with mods or CC.

This has happend for me since the update. I play on Xbox, with no mods or CC this is what I've experienced:
Unable to open inventory, skills etc
my cursor dissappears so i can not click anything.
When i eventually get over to the manage world's tab to save, my screen goes black and the whole game crashes.
Midly frustrating, i just want to play! :(
I have this same problem. My cursor disappears and all I can access is the “dashboard” and then when k click manage worlds or save or anything the screen goes black minus my Sims faces in the bottom and the options at the top. I’m on PS5 with all packs so there’s no mods or anything on my end.
Hello I am having the same issues. Have you fixed the issue yet kr has EA come up with a way ti fix it. Just wondering
So it’s definitely something on their end I took out my mods and cc and it didn’t help
My game has kinda started working again I still can’t leave the house without my game crashing nor go into creat a sim outside of mange worlds

Sooo I have had some successful gameplay...
Things I have noticed.. Simrealistic Bills Mod and RPO caused my game to keep crashing.. All interactions were messed up was not able to view inventory or save the game.
Deleted those mods and I have struggling successful gameplay but its doable.
So I tried to play the sims 4 and I realized that I can't use the build mode, when I click in the icon my screen frozen and I can't came back to my game, also I can't neither go to manage worlds cause my screen turn black and I need to exit the game, I tried without mods and the bug continue, what can I do?
I never ever used mods on my ps5 and I’m still having a ton of issues.
At first it worked perfectly fine but now everything seems to be completely broken. I can't open any panel at the bottom of my screen, build mode is completely broken, and even the menu won't open up when I attempt to save.
I've tried everything from restarting the game from restarting my PlayStation but it still doesn't work. I checked and it's the same with my other saves not just the one.
