First I couldn't click on anything once I opened the child's simology panel, I couldn't scroll down on it which was the first thing I noticed was broken, then I couldn't open her inventory, switch to build mode of even save the game. After a restart the same thing happened so I restarted again and didn't go near her simology panel. However, I then was unable to get an adult sim to cook a cake, no options came up after clicking 'cook'. I tried to leave the world and go back in but it didn't work, and then the screen went black although the time was still ticking on. Please fix this ASAP as it's not playable! I have never played with mods or CC.

The new Patch broke dream home decorater again. It was working fine and now everyone's favorite color in the gig notes in blue.
I have had this as well. First I thought there was a NAP in place but nothing like that. The Mean bug can ruin relationships pretty quickly and is a real bummer. I use the Club to make groups more friendly with each other but still….
As additional information (I know they're looking into it and I will pop over to AHQ about it too) I discovered a UI Exception error report from about 20 mintues before everyting went wrong.
For me, ive noticed that all of its broken, for example wont let me click the options button like to exit the game, or the pannels bellow -friends etc and the buttons on the bellow pannels are the wrong symbols example: the phone is a money symbol and when hovered over it turns to friends but when pressed still a phone - i play with mods and mc command center is no longer there.

The Sims 4 will not work after the 7-23-2024 update. Is there any progress on fixing this?
Any news about this? Yesterday I saw two updates from an EA person in the forum, he said they were working on it but I haven't seen more. With the new game downloading on Friday, I hope they fix this mess! I miss CAS! With the first update I got to see some changes for the new pack, and I liked them. But with the second update things went bananas.
Same someone needs to fix this.
