First I couldn't click on anything once I opened the child's simology panel, I couldn't scroll down on it which was the first thing I noticed was broken, then I couldn't open her inventory, switch to build mode of even save the game. After a restart the same thing happened so I restarted again and didn't go near her simology panel. However, I then was unable to get an adult sim to cook a cake, no options came up after clicking 'cook'. I tried to leave the world and go back in but it didn't work, and then the screen went black although the time was still ticking on. Please fix this ASAP as it's not playable! I have never played with mods or CC.

The exact same issue is happening to me! I noticed when I go to modify or change my sims outfits the the loading screen to go to CAS doesn't load and I hear both music playing at the same time. ALSO I can't use the button to change my sims oufit, and I cannot exit the game properly. I removed all new mods I had just installed and it still does not work. The update made my game un-playable. 😠
Having the same issue here. Also tried the repair option and it did not help. Hopefully it’s fixed soon
My Sim grew up and there is now no longer the option to choose traits for them. Unfortunately this is the least of the problems since the update. The update has ruined the game completely, making it unplayable. It freezes when I go into build mode or edit Sim mode. When the game freezes there is also no longer the option to save the game or exit the game so I have to force the game to close from the task manager. I have tried repairing the game but it makes no difference.
I'm having similar problems with relationship, panels and cheat bar but also I have cats&dogs but the animals are more glitches then before and I can't even adopt a child now my sim will rabbit hole and then be T-posing.
I'm on console so it's unusual but not rare to have bugs but not as often at computer players

yeah, everytime I try to go to CAS to check out the new stuff, the loading screen just stays stuck. I can save the game tho and move my Sims around but thats about it.
Same for me. My Sims also get super angry at each other all the time. All I see in the relationships panel now is the relationships with the Pets present in the world
My cc looks broken but their not I can’t open simology, job relationship etc, I can’t plan an event it shows a black white screen, i can’t go into build mode only when I'm in manage worlds and I can’t go into CAS and longer loading screens, Mc command isn’t showing even though I have it some of my other mods are not showing in game even though their in the folder

I've been having the same problem since updating the game yesterday. I thought i had resolved it by moving my glitched sim out of the house, but just a few minutes ago another one of my sims started having the EXACT same issue again. How do i fix this??? :/
