First I couldn't click on anything once I opened the child's simology panel, I couldn't scroll down on it which was the first thing I noticed was broken, then I couldn't open her inventory, switch to build mode of even save the game. After a restart the same thing happened so I restarted again and didn't go near her simology panel. However, I then was unable to get an adult sim to cook a cake, no options came up after clicking 'cook'. I tried to leave the world and go back in but it didn't work, and then the screen went black although the time was still ticking on. Please fix this ASAP as it's not playable! I have never played with mods or CC.

This Sims 4 has been unplayable in console since this update/downloading Lovestruck.. Extremely glitchy, black screens when loading build mode or trying to go from world to world, freezes. The game is completely unplayable.
I'm so upset. Spent 2 + hours updating mods to start playing & now nothing will load. SMH.
SAME!!! i just spent like 50 bucks on the lovestruck pack too and i cant even use it. this sucks

My game seems to start off okish but after 10 minutes of play, everyone is shouting at eachother, things are glitching out such as pet rat dying of starvation despite being full moodlets, needs won't fulfill even when met, in CAS it won't scroll with LB RB, sims will spawn "magical" rings that don't exist and can't be removed...
The gameplay quality just gets worse the longer it's running, and saving and going out and back in doesn't work. You have to quit the game completely and reboot it...
I'm on Xbox too so no doubt whatever they do to fix it won't come out for console till much later 😕
It seems like this is a recurring thing with EA. They need to get it running half way decent again and just leave it the he'll alone. It seems like everyovmther update just rebreaks it just got back on after a 2 year break because of the last game breaking update 🤦♂️ starting to regret buying packs to begin with. Luckily it'sonly 6 packs so far. Don't think I'll be buying anymore after this. There's plenty of games that aren't broken on the market
I have had issues with my Sims 4 not working properly since the update on july 23rd with the game after 5-15 minutes break with clicking on the dots to save, look at the needs, open aspirations, look at work-progress and so on.... Before I could just restart the game and it would work for 5-15 minutes with continuesly press save before it stops working.
Now it suddenly stops working 100% so I can open the game but right when it starts I can't see any needs, no aspiration, I can't save or switch households or anything..
please help!
My game is completely unplayable every time I click on manage worlds my screen goes completely black I tried to to save my game but when i press the three dots it doesn’t pop up this has only been an issue after the update please fix this I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on packs I want a playable game.
After new update, I am unable to interact with any objects or sims. The menu, map, and build-mode work, but in live mode clicking on objects/sims does not open the interaction pie charts, making the game completely unplayable.
