Game Not Loading on Xbox

For the past 2 weeks I have to attempt to open the game 4 or 5 times before it will open. I keep getting the opening screen then the “took too long to start” message. I close the game out completely or I restart my Xbox completely and reload the game and get the same message. After playing something else for about 30 minutes the game will finally load. It’s so frustrating. Especially during events. If I miss out on rewards because the game won’t load that's not fair.
