Re: Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

I can not play with the new pack, Fairy Garden, installed.  When I try to managae the Sims 4 in order to fix this, I get the message Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted.  The only way I can play at all is if I disable this pack.  It is very sad as I was looking so forward to playing it.  When I try to play with it enabled, I can play for less than one minute and it crashes.  I have never used CC or mods.  I keep my game EA only, so this makes no sense to me.  This has happened ever since the day the pack released.  I pre-purchased this pack, however when I go to manage The Sims 4, I get the error message that "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted - We've paused the download because you don't own this title.  You can cancel the download, keep it paused, or go to the Game Hub for more options."  When I check, it shows that I own it and gives me no other options.
