Re: Sims 4 Get to Work missing

When I try to play Sims 4 on my main Xbox I get a message that says "Game data not complete" and it appears the "Get to Work" DLC is what's not loading. A few nights ago this happened for the first time and when I attempted to uninstall and reinstall it, it no longer said I owned the add-on. It was late so I repurchased it and contacted Xbox for a refund the next day. It worked for that night, however I attempted to play again tonight and again it didn't work. Before I uninstalled it, I contacted Xbox support. They walked me through every other troubleshooting step and when we got to the step where I uninstalled the DLC, it once again says I no longer own the DLC. The Xbox rep said this was an EA issue. The craziest part though is that if I try to play on my other Xbox, I have no problems and it shows that I own the DLC still. I use the same account for both consoles and have tried everything. I've been at this for nearly 4 hours today. I'm at a complete loss and I just want to play my game. Help 😭
