Glitch after glitch after glitch

I am having several issues with enchanted by nature. The apothecary does not recognize the inventory of apothecary items i purchase, so i can not make any cures or potions. When i go online, on my phone, or to the book shelf to purchase new books, the only books available are the books i have purchased already nothing new. When i go to teleport to the other areas to forage for items, my fairy dust inventory is not recognized and i can not teleport. The drop down icons at the top of the screen shaped like presents, only display white boxes. The tasks they usually offer are not available.
