[GRK] Chipped nails issue with certain tops

There appears to be some kind of visual glitch or broken texture with the chipped nail polish CAS option from the Grunge Revival kit.

Previously when I've used this item on my Sims, the chipped parts will show their skin tone. Now however, there is a plain blue texture instead. The same issue is currently happening with all colour swatches.
