When creating sims families in create a sim, the marriage milestone and had a baby milestone aren’t appearing in the milestone slots of the sims.

since you choose the gallery as a tag, did you download those Sims from the gallery or create from scratch ? what age group did you choose for the child ?
I do get both milestones if I create Sims from scratch.
I meant from my gallery after I created them and ones I made from scratch too, every time I create a child through the DNA thing, it won’t give the have a baby milestone.
Hm. I had one for all the ones I tried.
Do you create them age child or younger ?
It's possible that they don't generate if you download a family from the gallery that didn't previously have any.
