I'm also experiencing this, though my kids haven't aged into teens yet so I'm not sure if they will get any confidence traits when they age up. It's encouraging to read that everyone's kids are still aging up with the traits they should have. I was worried my kiddos wouldn't get the traits they worked hard for as kids.
I'm on PC, all game updates, but I don't own every pack. I do, however, own both Growing Together and Life & Death.
