I have noticed that the Milestone feature in the simology panel is always green, despite having viewed all the milestones. When I open the milestone panel, it is always a random infant milestone that keeps resetting to appear as new with the star, but it has been viewed.
Ive noticed this happens with all sims who have infant milestones, but are no longer an infant. Once I view the milestone again, the green indicator goes away until I exit the game, or visit a different lot where another random infant milestone appears as new all over again.
