Placed Grotto Cascade small and large from Riviera Retreat on side of pool. They then disappeared. Had to exit game and come back into it for them to return. :)

Since you said the pool ladder was invisible for you too, do you have other invisible or not properly rendering objects too ?
No, not that I noticed. Just the waterfall rocks and ladder disappears.
