[GRO] Sims in group stop to walk around the lake together

Sims in groups or clubs autonomously stop walking around the lake 1/3rd of the way, when the action is requed they will finally walk around the lake. However, this happens every single time and can take up to 7 in game hours for them to complete the action since it needs to be requed, they will walk all the way back the beginning and then restart the walk. 

This will happen in game with or without mods/cc as well as repairning. (previously up until this month I had played exclusively without mods or cc)

 

In attached image you will see the route the sims should be taking as well as their starting point. However I have marked where the sims stop every time.
