[GTW] Detective: Suspect missing after issuing APB

After completing the first trial suspect arrest and getting your own new case. No matter what I do or what clues I have every time I issue an APB the suspect is never there. I have waited around, asked every sim that shows up, gone back to the station and issued a new APB multiple times(currently on 6th issued APB and still no suspect appears).

Nothing works, and this is for EVERY sim I have in the detective career. Often times I have to spend 2 -3 days just issuing APBs until either the suspect shows up or I get so frustrated I have my sim quit the career entirely.

Yes I have mods, no none of the mods would affect this stupid career. I've played without mods and had the same issue and have had this issue since this pack was released.

I have the same issue. Restarted to play the detective career and cannot find the suspect during the AFB. No mods no CC

Everytime I would go out to find my suspect, I would never see them. I'm given hair, clothes and age details to find this person and no one matches. I would stay on the lot that I was sent to for awhile and even looked all around the area just to see if the suspect was over in a different lot.

i have this issue too, ive noticed that the career almost always starts good and the first couple of cases i can find a suspect that match the clues perfectly, it's after those first maybe 3 cases that it just falls apart and stops working. the usual 4-5 sims that includes the suspect that spawn when an APB is issued don't appear, i have to keep issuing APB's until eventually they spawn.

I had the same problem, but I notice that the blue bear from love struck always appeared, so probably he was set as the suspect and I was not able to arrest him. You guys need to fix to no special NPCs be the suspect from the crime scene.
