[GTW] 'Determine Baby Gender' only shows ONE baby for twins/triplets

I’m not sure if this is intentional design or an oversight, but currently the “Determine Baby Gender” interaction only reports a single baby’s gender when a Sim is pregnant with twins or triplets.

From a gameplay perspective, this makes the feature less reliable for planning. For example, I might prepare a nursery for a girl and then the birth results in mixed genders.

If the interaction is intended to help players prepare for upcoming births, it may be worth considering whether reporting the gender of each baby in multiple pregnancies would improve usability.

Right now the interaction feels incomplete for households expecting more than one baby.
