[GTW] Prisoners are not doing interactions/ co-workers get locked in cells

I recently started playing as a detective again (in a new save) and noticed that when I arrive at the police station, the Criminal NPCs always spawn inside the same cell. To make things worse, they remain completely still for hours throughout the entire shift, often facing the wall. They basically don’t move or perform any of the usual criminal interactions, like banging on the cells, yelling, or doing any other available actions inside the cells, such as sitting on the benches or anything like that.

Issues with Criminal NPCs in Get To Work:

  • Criminal NPCs always spawn inside the same jail cell.
  • They remain completely still for hours during the entire shift.
  • Often, they are almost always facing the wall.
  • They don’t perform any of the usual criminal interactions (banging on the cells, yelling, etc.).
  • They don’t use any available actions inside the cells (sitting on benches, etc).

I finally found a post addressing this problem that has been going on for quite some time. Prisoners do not interact with the bars of their prison cells. I remember them shaking the bars furiously and shouting until a police officer reprimanded them, but that no longer happens. They also do not interact with anything else inside their cells. Before, we could see them mumbling in front of the mirrors, or sitting on the beds and benches, but now nothing. Another observation is the fact that when we arrest a criminal after interrogation, they do not change their clothes to prisoner overalls when we put them in the cells. They stay in their everyday clothes. I remember once arresting an innocent suspect, and when I took him to his cell he changed his clothes to prisoner overalls. Which makes perfect sense. I do not know in which update this problem with the static criminals in their cells started, but I know it has been going on for quite some time. I posted a short video showing what they look like in X:
