Hair & Makeup changes don't apply to Non-CAS Outfits

I have an infant sim whose hair reverts to the default style that he had on aging up when he's naked. 

In CAS I selected a different style and have it copied across all outfits. There's no way to access the "naked outfit" to change this

Im on PC and have no cc or mods. I have all dlc and the game had had the recent update but this issue was present before the 18th Sept update 

Even if you change a sim hair (at least EA sims like Dina Caliente), they reverse to their default first hair when they have a shower or go to work with their job clothes. I play with MCCC.

After changing the character's appearance, the hair still looks the same as before during bathing.

All is in the title. Sims reverse to their original hair and make-up when they take a bath, even if we have changed it. No mods, no CC.  PC.

When my sims visits the Spa in Tartosa and changes into a robe it also changes its hair to a short haircut which I have never used on the sim. I double checked the hair isn't being used on any of my sims outfits in CAS. Only happens when using the change in to robe function when selecting a locker, does not happen when using change in to towel.

Could you please provide the following information

• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
• A picture of the hairstyle in question.

PC and it seems to only affects teen sims

you said you never used this hair but did you maybe try it out in CAS at some point and used the copy to other outfits button ? There's a known issue with that.

same thing here it is sooo annoying

Similar issue but with hair for me. Playing on PC and I do use mods, but no CC. However it does the same if I try all vanilla (removing the mods folder and disabling mods in the game). So yeah, it is extremely annoying. I put a lot of time and effort in to changing the townies when I do so, and only for them to revert hairstyles when getting in the shower/bath or workclothes...
