Hide and seek issue

On custom venue lots, particularly Camp Gibbi Gibbi, my child sims constantly want to play hide and seek without another sim initiating the interaction. Also, if I request to get archery mentorship from Nigel, the interaction cancels, and the child sim will resort to hiding or another activity autonomously.
