High school ui glitch

Does anybody know what is causing and how to fix this ui glitch? I don’t have any mods installed right now and I repaired my game like 5 times. It is happening in every save during active highschool. I will include an image of what it looks like. 

things are also not checking off properly because of this. Like they will check off but remain in the queue. Also whenever I try to end the school day it says “end holiday.”
