High School Years Jeans Visual Glitch

I was remaking Angela Pleasant in my game and saw the jeans that came with the HSY pack.. I put them on her and they morphed her crotch area. I use cc and mods so I closed my game and opened a brand new Sims 4, CC and Mod Free. The visual glitch near her crotch area was still there. I haven’t seen anyone talk about this besides 1 youtube short and a reddit user from three years ago..
