Highlighted items still happening even after the may 12th update

Hello im just coming on here to say even after the may 12th update on console the issue kf highlighted items still happening everytime you log onto a new session and idk if this is an issue within game but I have tried disabling and re-enabling the packs through market place and even redownloading the packs but nothing is working so please tell me this is an issue that I can fix and just dont know how or if the sims has to fix it themselves that is all I ask thank you!
