hotkeys menu displaying during gameplay after 5/27 update

I just completed the latest update and now I have a hotkey menu displaying over gameplay and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I tried exiting the game and EA and restarting and it is still there. I searched the gameplay menu options and there is no option to remove it.
