I keep trying to upload a family to the gallery and it keeps saying there is an error and the family cannot be uploaded. I got rid of all custom content within the family to see if that was the issue and it did not resolve the problem. If anyone has any advice or tips that would be great!!!
Is it only the one household that you are unable to upload or other households or builds also? Are you able to upload the household to your own library?
Try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.

I tried another household and was able to upload them to the gallery. The household I am trying to upload to the gallery is able to save to my library.
