Household receives positive bill they can't pay (wrong Math)

After the last major update Lets get down to business on February 25 2025, my One 100 baby challenge save and others that were in my game have had a Bug that prevents me from paying the bills. I got the message "your bills will be shut off soon" but when I went to pay them nothing worked. 

I tried: Paying from the phone, paying from the letterbox, changing households, lot types and using different adults and teens to try and pay but nothing has worked. I have a few modes in but they are disabled in settings. Bills are also oddly too low for households $12 for a nearly 100k house. 

I've tried everything I can think of and I'm desperate because I'm planning to buy the business and hobbies pack but I'm scared that if I buy it before the problem is fixed it will make the problem worse.

I am also on Mac if that helps.
