This has been a problem for 2 months now and is affecting more and more people. I had a response on Twitter last week saying it was being prioritised. So why is there not a fix? I would rather have a feature I paid for working than the free event that is going on right now to be honest. I do not understand why or how it takes so long for Sims to address issues like this. If there's issues in other games they are patched and dealt with asap. You would think that content people have paid for and a big feature of one of their big packs would be a big priority but apparently not. I'm annoyed and fed up. Can we have some communication or update? Do we not deserve that? Some of us have played this game for years and years, gave money, supported the game and it feels like we do not get any respect as consumers and players of this game. Sorry, but I just had to rant because I am starting to get very fed up.
