[HSY] NPCs only wear 'Everyday 1' outfit at High School

I’m having an issue where NPCs always wear their "Everyday Outfit 1" whenever they attend high school.

Even though I’ve set up multiple outfit slots (Outfit 2, 3, etc.) for variety, they never rotate or pick
anything else. It's frustrating because I’ve bought several Kits to expand their wardrobe, but I don't get to see them in action unless I manually change them every single day.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I would really love to see a fix for this so our Sims can enjoy their full wardrobe at school!
