I can't save anything from the gallery

When I try to save anything, it keeps saying it's saving until finally ending with Timed Out. Try Again Later. I have tried again later. The only choice I have after that is to force close my game. For two weeks now I have been trying to save my friends creations, and all I get is Timed out. 

I have tried all the usual steps of game fix, clearing cache. I don't know what else to do. It seems like I have one issue after another lately.

I play on a laptop.
