I have a strange bug
I don’t have any packs only the base game and I have this strange family with 1 dog and 1 cat (I don’t have any packs) and I never create this family how can all help me pls??

It is not a family you can play with it is just a graphic. you seem to have a mod problem as your screen is showing wwww wwwww wwwww. you should rename your mod folder and make a new one and gradually move your mods a few at a time.
It's on a xbox so I can't do it
