I'm incredibly frustrated with the way the time limited events are handled in the game. This isn't the first time I've had the game freeze without being able to save, forcing me to close it without saving after completing some of the time limited event's quests. After restarting the game, the quests appear complete, and the items from them are impossible to obtain again. Because of the game freezing, I lost two keys I'd already collected, and now there's no point in continuing to complete the collection I so wanted to complete! 

The game has a huge number of bugs and issues, and they create new problems when such "unique" items are added. Another collection on the list that no family will ever complete. Super demotivating. 
I don't even want to play anymore, let alone buy new expansions.
