Infant and Toddler Milestones

I noticed an issue with the infant milestones. The first few times they reach one, it works fine but at some point it stops acknowledging them under the infants sim panel and stops notifying about them. It's as if it ignores that they reached one all together and acts as if they still need to learn that milestone. For instance; once they learn to crawl it won't unlock the milestone and the infant can still be taught to crawl. The same goes for toddlers as well.

Also I noticed that the unique eye colors aren't available for the kids of sims who have them. Instead it generates a random regular eye color for them instead. (Especially those that are from the new enchanted by nature pack.)

If this could be fixed that would be much appreciated as it kind of ruins the game play for me quite a bit.
