Interior Decorator Career bug(without the job)

As stated in the description, I'm getting Interior Decorator gig pop up windows telling me its been too long since my sim has accepted a gig.  The problem is, neither of my two sims is in that Career path.  One is a freelance artist and one is a culinary person.  I'm not running any mods or scripts.  I have 5 pieces of CC that have been removed to test this bug without them and it still occurs.  I can't see how it would be the problem as its two shirts and 3 hair recolors.

This has been happening since the latest patch.
