Invisible but the mouth

1. Have you tried changing clothing to see if that makes the Sim visible again ?
2. Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ?
3. Does it happen any time the Sim is taking a shower or was this a one time thing ?
4. Do you have this with this Sim only or did it happen with others ?

Hi, so I changed outfits and it went back to normal, however, several outfits just show the sim invisible apart from the mouth, so I went into CAS and the invisible outfits weren't there, only there when clicking the sim to choose outfits. 

I never had mods on this save. 

I think it only happens when the sim chooses the invisible "outfit" instead of the other normal ones. 

And its only that one sim.
