While they could get the left one, the stairs one remains inaccessible which they're trying to reach first. Potential gamebreaker if the fire won't burn itself out

My roof on my house caught on fire out of no where and no one could put it out. My sims was downstairs on the porch and all of a sudden she was on fire. But no real source of the fire. When I exited the game it gave me a message about the game was not at a state that can be saved.
