Terribly sorry, I do not know the finer terminology.
I started a build in Newcrest, on the Oak Alcove lot next to Comfy Cubby. I noticed as I moved the camera around that I kept catching a blue line in the grass. On closer inspection, it appears to be a stick shaped hole in the ground revealing some kind of blue mesh. It does not persist when moving down into the basement level, and also stopped happening after I went to the world manager to reload the lot. It did happen again in the same spot on the ground after reloading my game. I had no means to take a picture but I hope this was descriptive enough.
